Second, state the error. For example:

Misspelling: On page http://www.mormondoctrine.net/thepage.htm the word "chruch" should be spelled "church."

Sentence problem: On page http://www.mormondoctrine.net/thepage.htm the sentence, "Church is where people go to find paper green." Makes no sense.

Factual problem: On page http://www.mormondoctrine.net/thepage.htm: "America was founded in 1876." This is incorrect.
