Some favorites (alphabetically):

"Teaching the Bible with clarity and relevance so that unbelievers will be converted, believers will be established, and local churches will be strengthened."

"Changing lives, minds and communities through Jesus Christ."

Audio and Video

"Life is filled with questions, obstacles, and frustrations, but finding the right answer can change everything in a moment. Each week Bayless Conley speaks into the lives of people in over 100 nations around the world, bringing real answers to the real questions you face every day."

"If there's one word that sums up the essence of Focus on the Family, it is commitment. Using time-tested, Biblical principles and common sense, our founder Dr. James Dobson opened the doors of Focus on the Family with a commitment to helping families worldwide."

"Why can't we seem to find lasting solutions to the issues of family disintegration, crime, racial division, drug addiction, immorality, injustice etc. Many solutions have been proposed but several fall short of providing permanent answers. This is because these solutions address these issues from the outside in and from the top down."

"It is the contention of Dr. Evans that the real answer lies in a transformation that comes from the inside out and from the bottom up. As Dr. Evans states, "The core cause of the problems we face is a spiritual one. Therefore it's time now for a kingdom agenda."

"A Kingdom agenda is one, which reflects the comprehensive rule of God, so that His way, rather than man's way serves as the authoritative basis for how we live. The Urban Alternative shows how the four biblical spheres of life interrelate and build upon one another so that change comes from the inside out and from the bottom up. In The Kingdom Agenda the individual impacts the family, the family serves the church, and the church ministers to the community. When these spheres of life are properly related to God and one another, life transformation is the natural result."

"Mission Valley Christian Fellowship is a non-denominational church. We are not opposed to denominations, only the overemphasis of special doctrines or traditions that divide the body of Christ instead of unifying it. We believe that God’s love, which is greater than any of our differences, is the true basis of Christian fellowship, and we look for the presence of His love in our lives as the greatest evidence that we are truly following Him."

"Skip Heitzig is a native of southern California, and experienced the volatile days of the counter-culture in the late 60's and early 70's. Though raised in a religious home, Skip saw religion as a dead-end street with no answers. As a young musician, he got caught up in drugs, and an arrest for two felonies. By 18, he had ventured into the spirit world of astral projection and automatic writing, again finding no answers. By 1973, the Jesus Movement was in full swing, with many young people committing their lives to Jesus Christ. This also happened to be the same year Skip left his family's home and moved to the San Francisco Bay area to enroll in college and escape his Christian friends who were trying to "convert" him. But God had a different plan for Skip's life. One day, alone in his brother's apartment in San Jose, Skip was watching TV and became mesmerized by Billy Graham. The Gospel message penetrated Skip's soul and he knelt down and prayed to receive Christ."

"Through sound Bible teaching, you'll discover life-changing turning points in your relationship with Jesus Christ."

"If you would like to begin a relationship with Jesus Christ and be sure that you are going to heaven, it's as easy as ABC. Pray to God and:

  • Admit that you have wronged God.
  • Believe that Jesus died on the cross for you and rose again from the grave.
  • Confess Him to be the leader of your life."

"After beginning a relationship with Jesus, there are a variety of ways to grow and enhance your relationship with Jesus Christ.

  • Develop a daily practice of reading the Bible and understanding God's word and how it applies to your life.
  • Each month, give your time, talents, and treasure to the work of God's kingdom here on earth.
  • Join a worship group within the church home which will provide fellowship, prayer support, and accountability to grow in God's word."

(See: Four Spiritual Laws on this website)

"Is the end of the world near? What will happen after I die? What is the meaning of my life? You've got questions; Greg Laurie has biblical answers on 'A New Beginning.'"

"What Is a Harvest?"

"Harvest is... where churches join together for a time of worship, music, and evangelism. At each Harvest event, Pastor Greg Laurie brings a clear and relevant gospel message, pointing people to a decision to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior."

"Since 1990... more than 3.6 million people have attended a Harvest Crusades event in person, and more than 290,000 have registered their decisions of faith in Jesus Christ."

"This powerful broadcast will boost your spiritual growth by helping you understand and apply God's Word to your life and the life of your family and church. John MacArthur, pastor-teacher, has been offering his practical, verse-by-verse Bible teaching through Grace to You for nearly 30 years."

Free daily devotion, downloads and more here.

"Thru the Bible takes the listener through the entire Bible in just five years, threading back and forth between the Old and New Testaments. You can begin the study at any time. When we have concluded Revelation, we will start over again in Genesis, so if you are with us for five years you will not miss any part of the Bible."

Dr. McGee was well known for his warm, no-nonsense "May I say to you, friends" delivery.

"Love Worth Finding with Adrian Rogers is a listener-supported ministry broadcasting in over 150 countries with the message that Jesus Christ is the greatest Love worth finding."

"Who is Jesus?  Do you long to know this mighty love? Then I need to ask you the most important question you'll ever be asked: Do you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that God loves you, that your sins are forgiven, and that you are saved and on your way to heaven?"

"The great news is, you can know! Let me share with you how to discover the greatest love worth finding."

"Since 1994, Renewing Your Mind with Dr. R.C. Sproul has provided accessible, in-depth Bible teaching to millions around the world. As the principal outreach of Ligonier Ministries, this radio broadcast instructs listeners in the life-changing truths of historic Christianity and keeps the church community informed about pertinent issues facing believers today."

"As Paul makes clear in Romans, the goal of spiritual growth is a transformed life. The way of transformation is through the renewed mind. The renewed mind is one that is informed by the mind of Christ. The mind of Christ is revealed in the Word of God. The transformed mind is a mind that lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. In simple terms, if you want spiritual growth, if you want a renewed mind, you have to feed your mind with the Word of God...."

"Cloudaudio and chspurgeon.com presents the unabridged sermons of Charles Haddon Spurgeon from the New Park Street and Metropolitan Tabernacle Pulpits."

"These are faithful reproductions of the original unedited sermons delivered with the dynamic of preaching. Pastor Tod Magstadt and cloudaudio have been offering these high quality reproductions for over 20 years. The sermons are available in MP3 format by download and CD."

"Atlanta, Georgia – Dr. Charles F. Stanley, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Atlanta and founder of In Touch Ministries, demonstrates a keen awareness of people’s needs by providing practical biblical truths for everyday life. Modeling his ministry after the apostle Paul’s message to the Ephesians, Dr. Stanley believes that:

" . . . Life is worth nothing unless I use it for doing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus–the work of telling others the Good News about God’s mighty kindness and love" (Acts 20:24 LB)."

"Two passions have directed the life and ministry of Chuck Swindoll: an unwavering commitment to the practical communication and application of God’s Word and an untiring devotion to seeing lives transformed by God’s grace. Chuck has devoted more than four decades to these goals, and he models the contagious joy that springs from enthusiastically following Jesus Christ."

Call to Ministry:

"While on the island of Okinawa during his tour of duty in the United States Marine Corps, Chuck recognized that the Lord was calling him to devote his life to the gospel ministry. With Cynthia, his partner in life for more than fifty-one years, Chuck has devoted himself to the challenge of communicating practical, biblical truth and its application in the context of God’s grace."

"Dr. Michael Youssef proclaims the word of God without compromise, believing in the absolute authority of the scriptures."

Leading The Way is the international media ministry of Dr. Michael Youssef. Founded in 1988 as a local radio program for Atlanta, Georgia, Leading The Way is now broadcast via radio and television in more than 200 countries.

Our signature dual-language radio broadcasts originated in 1996 with an English-Arabic program for the Middle East and North Africa. This format features Dr. Youssef's English teaching and a phrase-by-phrase translation into the listener's native language. The broadcast appeals both to those interested in learning about Jesus and to those who wish to gain a mastery of the English language.

"'Let My People Think' with Ravi Zacharias is a 30-minute radio program that powerfully mixes biblical teaching and Christian apologetics. The program seeks to explore issues such as life's meaning, the credibility of the Christian message and the Bible, the weakness of modern intellectual movements and the uniqueness of Jesus Christ."

If you're struggling for direction, if you're wondering what life's all about, if you're wondering what God might have for you in this life here on earth and if you read nothing else from RZIM.org, I encourage you to read this from Ravi Zacharias:

"I want to look at the theme of God as the Grand Weaver. When I was a teenager growing up in Delhi I was really not doing very well. I was failing at everything. For those of you who have read my story in Walking from East to West, you’ll know failure was writ large on my life. My dad basically looked at me and said, “You know, you’re going to be a huge embarrassment to the family—one failure after another.” And he was right given the way I was headed. I just was looking for an escape. I wanted to get out of everything I was setting my hand to, and I lacked discipline."

...

"The First Step"

"How do we do this? Every journey requires deliberate steps. I believe there are three distinct steps before the pattern becomes visible and the work of God is displayed. The first step is a commitment of the heart. Your commitment to God is first and foremost a thing of the heart. To “trust in the Lord with all your heart and to lean not on your own understanding and in all of your ways acknowledge him” (Proverbs 3: 5-6a). Nobody understood this better than the man who wrote those words, Solomon. If you look at the book of Proverbs you’ll find the word “heart” again and again. Solomon talked about the heart because he lost his heart to many women. But he reminds us, “My son, give me your heart” (Proverbs 23: 26). This is because your entire spiritual journey and the threads that God wants to pull together will be determined by who owns your heart...."

"Jesus' blood on the altar was the ultimate payment. He made us worthy permanently. When Jesus died on the cross the veil covering the Holy of Holies tore in half. The mercy seat lay exposed to mankind. There is no veil, anymore, between God and man. Jesus ripped it down. But Mormonism has hung up a new one." -Kathleen Baldwin

"When I was LDS (not that long ago) I saw a lot of things that made me question my membership in the LDS church, but I sure wouldn't admit it for a long time (not even to myself). I just knew there had to be good explanations for all of those silly criticisms, if I just looked in the right place...or prayed about it long enough. I was wrong." - Former Mormon, Marsha Bette More...
